Full Line Automation & Ultimate Efficiency: The factory features 11 fully automated production lines covering multiple categories, including plates, bowls, and mugs. The end-to-end automation reduces the labor requirement to just 2–3 workers per line, drastically compresses the manufacturing cycle to 24 hours, and achieves a finished product yield rate of up to 99%.
Scale-Driven Raw Material Assurances: The material preparation workshop possesses a 10,000-ton clay storage capacity and is equipped with 7 ball mills. Producing 280 tons of clay body per day, it guarantees stable quality and reliable lead times from the very source for large cross-quarter and cross-year orders.
Breakthrough Technical Barriers: The factory has achieved a full-process closed loop in ceramic manufacturing technology, covering more than 90% of production techniques typically found in Northern China. It not only masters high-precision 3D inkjet printing but has also broken through industry bottlenecks to pioneer the large-scale mass production of high-temperature reactive glazes.
