Green Power & Low-Carbon Transformation
Our factory roofs are equipped with an advanced solar photovoltaic system (with a capacity of 400kW - 800kW), continuously supplying clean electricity for our production lines to effectively reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
Thermal Efficiency & Waste Heat Recovery
We consistently promote energy-saving kiln furniture, replacing traditional rectangular batts with innovative fish-shaped energy-saving kiln boards to ensure uniform product heating while significantly cutting natural gas consumption. Furthermore, our kiln waste heat recovery system captures surplus heat and channels it directly into the post-glazing drying phase, maximizing thermal efficiency through secondary utilization.
Closed-Loop Clay Regeneration
Excess clay generated during production is meticulously collected and stored by dedicated personnel. It is then reground into slurry via precision ball mills and reintegrated into the production line, achieving a highly efficient, closed-loop recycling of raw materials.
Giving Waste a Second Life
We proactively promote the circular economy for solid waste. Broken and discarded ceramics from production are professionally crushed and ground; they are either reused as eco-friendly raw materials for new ceramic production or repurposed as engineering aggregates for paving and construction.
Ecological Purification & Zero Liquid Discharge
Our clay preparation and wet-trimming processes strictly avoid any acidic or alkaline chemical additives. Through our self-built, high-standard wastewater treatment facility, production runoff is purified and 100% recycled back into production, while the precipitated sludge is fed directly into the blunging process. This achieve zero water waste; the treated water is so clean and safe that it can support flourishing fish ponds-a visible testament to our environmental commitment.
