Program Schedule
The Office Sports sessions are held twice daily, each lasting 10 minutes. The specific times are 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM. During these periods, employees are encouraged to engage in simple activities such as running, jumping, and stretching to inject a dose of energy and fun into their workday.

Many employees who have participated in the program report unexpected benefits from these brief exercise sessions. They feel physically lighter and mentally more refreshed.
